Burcot Village Hall Hire Charges from January 2022

• Non Residents: £65 for two hours, additional £15 thereafter. e.g.three hours £80, four hours £95.
• Burcot Residents: £45 for up to four hours, additional £10 per hour thereafter.
• Regular weekly/monthly bookings: £13 per hours, minimum hire 1.5 hours per week.
• A deposit of £20 is required with the completed booking form to guarantee booking.
• Full payment to be made a minimum of one week before the planned event.
• Deposit is returned following the event subject to conditions.

• Burcot Village Hall is in the heart of the village in a residential area, the Hirer must ensure that the noise level does not disturb people in adjacent properties. Music must finish by 10.30pm, guests must have left, clearing up completed and all grounds cleared by 11pm.
• You agree not to exceed the maximum permitted number of people in the main hall, which is 100, including organisers/performers,
• You agree to be present during the hiring and to comply fully with this agreement.
• We and you hereby agree that the Standard Conditions of Hire and Health and Safety Guidance together with any additional conditions imposed under the Premises License or that we deem necessary, form part of the terms of the Agreement unless we and you agree in writing.
• None of the provisions of this Agreement are intended to or will operate to confer and benefit pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 on a person who is not names as party to this agreement.
