Hire Burcot Village Hall
If you are interested in booking the hall, please first check availability using the timetable.
Once you have checked the timetable the Initial Enquiry Form (below) can be used to submit your request.
The booking coordinator will contact you to confirm that your booking date is available and the hire fee and deposit required. You will be emailed the booking form and hire agreement. Your booking will remain provisional until we have received the completed form and deposit. Full payment will be required one week prior to the event. Your deposit will be returned after the event has occurred.
Hire Charges
- One-off bookings: £65 for 2 hours plus an additional £15 per hour thereafter
- Regular, weekly and monthly hire: £13 per hour (from Sept. 2021)
- Residents of Burcot Village can hire the hall for £45 for up to 4 hours – £10 per additional hour (from January 2022)
The hire rate includes the use of the kitchen.
Please note: hirers are charged from their time of entry until the time the hall is vacated. Please ensure that you allow sufficient time for set-up prior to the event and clearing and cleaning afterward.
Unfortunately, as the location of the hall is in the heart of the village, it is not suitable as a wedding venue or for late-night bookings.
